Abstract

Universidad Doctor Andrés Bello (UNAB) recognizes the establishment and operation of the Urban Centers for Well-being and Opportunities (Centros Urbanos de Bienestar y Oportunidades, CUBOs) as a relevant strategy for the social prevention of violence and for promoting the realization of the rights of children and adolescents. However, it is essential to assess whether the benefits of this initiative effectively reach the intended target populations and meet their expectations.
